Finishing Fire Retardant Paint-Single component water-based expansion type SH-S/700D
SH-S/700D is a one-component water-based intumescent fire retardant coating that forms a flame retardant insulating layer on the surface of substrates, such as wood, sponge, polystyrene board, etc. When a fire source approaches the coating, the coating rapidly expands due to heat to form a protective char layer, thereby isolating the fire source and protecting the substrate.
Packaging and storage requirements
1. The package is 20Kg plastic barrel.
2. Store in a dark and cool place (5-35℃), shelf life is 3 months.
Finishing Fire Retardant Paint-Two-component water-based expansion type SH-S/700AB
SH-S/700AB is a water-based two-component finishing fire-retardant coating that can form a flame-retardant insulation layer on the surface of most foamed or porous substrates, such as wood, paper, etc. When the fire source approaches the coating, the coating expands rapidly due to the heat to form a protective carbon layer, thereby isolating the fire source and protecting the substrate.
Packaging and storage requirements
1. The package is 20Kg plastic barrel.
2. Store in a dark and cool place (5-35℃). The shelf life of component A is 1 month and the shelf life of component B is 3 months.
Tunnel fireproof coating
Tunnel fireproof coating is composed of porous thermal insulation materials and inorganic electrical insulation materials. The fireproof coating is non-toxic, incombustible, asbestos free, and has good physical properties such as light weight, fast drying, moisture resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat insulation, aging resistance, etc. Spray on the surface of the arch and side walls inside the tunnel to provide fire and heat insulation protection, preventing the rapid heating of the reinforced concrete in the tunnel and reducing its strength during a fire, avoiding concrete explosion, damage to the lining steel bars, and loss of support capacity, leading to tunnel collapse.
Packaging and storage: 1. Packaging is 25 kg per bag. 2. Store in a cool, dry place (5-35℃), away from moisture, with a shelf life of 6 months.
Intumescent steel structure fireproof coating
Intumescent steel structure fireproof coating is a single-component water-based intumescent fireproof paint with high fire resistance limits, short curing periods, and safe usage. When applied to the surface of steel structures, it expands and foams upon exposure to fire, forming a dense and uniform fireproof insulation protective layer with excellent fireproof and insulating effects.
Packaging and storage
1. Fireproof coating is packaged in 20kg or 25kg iron drums.
2. This product should be stored in an environment with temperatures between 5-35℃, in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and fire sources, and protected from freezing. The shelf life is 12 months.
Non-expanding fireproof coating for steel structures
Non-expanding steel structure fireproof coatings are made from porous insulating materials and inorganic insulating materials. This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, asbestos-free, and features lightweight, quick drying, moisture resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat insulation, and anti-aging properties. When applied to the surface of steel components, it forms a fire-resistant insulating protective layer upon exposure to fire, relying on its non-flammability and low thermal conductivity, thus delaying the direct impact of fire on load-bearing components and enhancing the fire resistance limit of the steel structure. It is suitable for fireproof coating and protection of load-bearing steel components in various new, expanded, and renovated industrial and civil architectural projects.
Packaging and storage
1. Fireproof coating is packaged in 25kg woven bags, while the fireproof coating adhesive is packaged in 50kg plastic drums or custom sizes.
2. This product should be stored in an environment with temperatures between 5-35℃, in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames, and protected from freezing. The shelf life is 12 months.
