As calcined kaolin pigment, GB series product with high brightness, excellent light scattering property and low abrasion value can be applied to filing and coating(the most applicable area) papermaking industry. Its value is as following:
Replace titania or other high cost filling pigments and lower production cost.
Improve paper property, such as smoothness, glossiness and opacity.
Improve ink absorbency and print fitness.
Excellent compatibility with various additives.
Compared with other pigments, the Solids content (Viscosity: 500mPa·S ) of its dispersion is higher (about 78.6%), so it can be compounded in high solid content coating and is applicable to high speed coatings.
