JINYU KAOLIN GB-CK88A
I. Product Description
GB-CK88A is an engineered and struchared semkalcined kaolin for PVC and ethylene-propylene coplymer insulated wires and cables featuring high insulation property
II. Application information
GB-CK88A is recommended for use in wires, cables, as well as rubber and tyres. GB-CK88A imparts excellent insulation, low residue and salt content, and stable quality to the mixture to which it is added. In terms of volume resistivity, GB-CK88A has superior advantage. When used in formulation at different mixing rates with CaCo3, its VR still maintains at relatively high value and obviously improve cost competitiveness.
III. Strengths
●High volume resistivity and excellent insulation property;
●Excellent dispersion to help extend pigments and additives;
●Excellent resistance to voltage and effective reduction on line loss rate, long term dielectric stability due to its low free moisture content;
●Special platy structure to prevent free ions from entering jackets and prevent jackets from degrading, therefore improving aging performance of wires and cables.
●Excellent color to reduce cost.
