1. Product Introduction
SH-103A is a rutile titanium dioxide slurry developed by our company based on the characteristics of various textile emulsions and the particularity of coating technology. It is specially used for foaming finishing coating of various decorative fabrics, curtain fabrics, and sofa fabrics.

2. Product Performance
1. It has a unique formula system, good storage stability, and is not easy to stratify or precipitate.
2. It has good compatibility with emulsion, and forms a uniform and fine film, which makes the cloth surface have good gloss and good film fastness.
3. It has good hiding power and can completely replace titanium dioxide, avoiding dispersion and pulping and simplifying the production process.
4. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, easy and safe to operate.

4. Usage:
Mix it with the resin evenly, add appropriate amount of foaming agent and foam stabilizer, add appropriate amount of thickener to adjust the viscosity, and then it can be used for foaming coating. If it is used for direct scraping products, it is necessary to add appropriate amount of defoaming agent.

5. Notes
1. Be sure to do compatibility and colorability tests before use.
2. When choosing to match multiple color pastes, the performance of each color paste should be as consistent as possible.
3. This product must be stirred evenly before use.

6. Packaging and storage
1. The packaging is 50kg plastic drum or 200kg iron drum.
2. Store in a cool place away from light, shelf life is 3 months.
